Who I am
I am an engineer turned strategy consultant, performance coach, and author. I trained as a management engineer at Istanbul Technical University and spent a decade inside systems built to run like machines before turning my attention to a more interesting one: The human mind.

My approach draws on decision science, psychology, and creative systems design, and it keeps returning to one question. How do intelligent people learn to work with their minds instead of fighting them?

WHAT I WRITE
I write for people whose minds rarely move in straight lines: The pattern-seekers, the overthinkers, the polymaths, the quietly intense. My books are Creative Solutions for Ordinary Problems and FOG OFF: A Clarity Notebook for Neurodivergent Minds. I also host The G Factor podcast.
